a) The Client hereby agrees that the payment made in full or in part is non-refundable in nature.

b) The Client may not dispute any payment or demand a chargeback, either directly or through the bank.

c) The Client has the right to cancel the Services; nevertheless, the amount paid by the Client has been forfeited and shall not be refunded or returned.
